About the voices…

They are real and they have names. Aki was immortalized while I was working on Kritiker and Vergessen, Binder as early as Kreuz. When I began writing Stockholm, I had borrowed all of their characters as basis for the characters. While only Aki and Jeremy survived the editing and redrafting, they were immortalized in my works.

It’s the least I can do, I think, to the voices that saved me.

They were no longer with me though when I started working on Vergessen Rebirth, which is sometime before Stockholm. I can barely remember them, to be honest. I knew there were five, including Binder. I remember there being four letters addressed to the four of them, and four letters of replies from them.

I was that screwed in the head. Surprise, surprise, I’m a psychologist in training.
